1. Knee bounce: Skip in a continuous motion letting the ball switch from knee to knee.
2. Spin cycle: Spin the ball on your finger. Take it up in the air and curl your arm in opposite direction until you make a complete turn, all while the ball is still spinning.
3. Elbow catch: Bounce the ball through the back of your legs and catch in between both of your elbows.
4. Neck catch: Bounce the ball to eye level, quickly duck down and catch on your neck.
5. The swivel: Let the ball revolve around both sides of your hand in a continuous motion.
6. Get your roll on: Roll the ball back and forth on your arms.
7. Elbow cross: Hit the ball off the edge of your elbow. Catch with same hand and crossover.
8. Steppin: Reach through your left leg with ball, turn your wrist and put the ball through your other leg.
9. Hot hands: Continue to hit the ball quickly with one hand, and use the other hand to duck under it each time you hit it.
10. Throwback: Cock the ball back like you're about to throw it. Release it and catch behind your back with the other hand.
11. Got ya: Throw ball off the backboard. As the defender turns catch ball in the back of your shirt.
12. Calf catch: Hold ball in between leg. Drop it, and catch with other side of legs. Repeat this over and over.
13. Bow n arrow: Extend arm out. Let the ball roll off your arm, and catch with other arm. After you catch it, roll it back.
14. Pinball: Bounce ball off your knee, and hit it the opposite direction with your other leg.
15. Off da hook: Drive to the middle of the lane hard. Act like your going up for a hook shot. Extend your arm out. As the defender jumps, bring the ball through your legs and throw it off the backboard.
16. Crow foot: Drop the ball low, and catch it on your foot, letting it rest in between your ankle and toe.
17. Knee to foot: Bounce ball off your knee to your foot back to your hands with out the ball touching the ground.
18. Flip roll: Roll ball on backside of one hand to the backside of the other hand. Repeat this process.
19. Karate kid: Place ball on your foot with your hand there to guide it. Act like you're going to kick your opponent. Trust me, they will jump.
20. The pushup: This move is too exclusive, besides it speaks for itself.
